Welcome to Placely. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Conduct

Placely relies on content generated by users (events, chat messages, photos). We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, threatening, or promotes violence.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or bullying.
• Contains sexually explicit material or pornography.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is considered spam or unauthorized advertising.

3. Moderation and Reporting

To ensure a safe environment, we provide the following mechanisms:

• Reporting: Users can flag inappropriate events, messages, or other users directly within the app. We review reports within 24 hours.
• Blocking: You can block abusive users, preventing them from interacting with you or your events.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content and permanently suspend accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

PLACELY IS A PLATFORM THAT CONNECTS USERS; WE DO NOT ORGANIZE THE REAL-WORLD EVENTS LISTED ON THE APP. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLACELY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, AND WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT FOUND THROUGH THE APP. YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS ARE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and algorithms (including AI description generation) provided by Placely are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written consent.
